We do moulding and casting on three production lines.
Production line nr. 1 is hand operated and it is equipped with 14 centrifugal casters. The line is served by two crane –bridges, five tons each.
Production line nr. 2 is a mechanized moulding line and it is equipped with three pairs of Foromat 40 type moulding machines.
Production line nr. 3 is an automated moulding line and it is equipped with a Disamatic moulding machine, which operates without a moulding box.
For tempering we have 2 ovens:
programmable up to 1000 °C,
1000 x 1000 x 2000 mm useful internal dimensions
programmable up to 1200 °C,
1200 x 1900 x 2500 mm useful internal dimensions
