The process of casting takes place in the old foundry, which has been taken over from Metallurgica Vlahita S.A. Cast iron is produced in inductive furnaces. Moulding-casting is done on three production lines, from which two can be used for quantity production. Our products are made from ferrous alloys.

TECHNOLOGIES, PRODUCTION CAPACITIES
We do moulding and casting on three production lines. These lines are furnished with mould and core sand producing equipment.
Some of the castings require heat treatment. The heat treatment is done in a programmable Pagnotta type furnace according to a well-determined diagram.
